Payment:
Full balance due 24 hours before the scheduled session. If it is not received by the specified time, the photoshoot will be considered canceled. Please note, all payments are non-refundable. Payments are accepted only through Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.
Posting Photos:
By booking a photoshoot with Jess Harley Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use and posting of the photos:
Rights to Photos: As the photographer, I retain full copyright ownership of all images taken during the photoshoot. You are granted a license to use the images for personal or professional purposes as agreed upon.
Permission to Post: I reserve the right to post and share the images taken during the photoshoot on my website, social media platforms, and marketing materials unless otherwise specified.
Client Consent: If you prefer that certain images not be posted or used for promotional purposes, please notify me in writing prior to the photoshoot. I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Tagging and Credits: If you post any of the received images online, I request that you credit me as the photographer by tagging @jessharleyphotos or Jess Harley Photography.
Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the images by you (such as advertising, selling, or any for-profit activities) requires prior written permission and may involve additional licensing fees.
Exclusivity: You are not restricted from posting the photos on your personal or professional social media platforms and websites. However, please refrain from altering or editing the photos in a way that would affect their original integrity.
